StayNTouch - Revenue is missing from checked in or cancelled reservations

In StayNTouch, go to Settings > Integrations > Revenue Management System > RevControl. Under "Feature Settings", make sure "Stay Info After Checkout" is switched off.

Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of that page.



When this is turned on, RevControl only receives revenue for checkout out reservations.

This setting needs to be switched off, to receive real time revenue updates for all reservations, including checked in and cancelled reservations.
