You can find the Rate Buckets History by Arrival Date log under More > Logs > Rate Buckets History by Arrival Date. Here, you will get an overview of all saved and published Rate Buckets, sorted by arrival date.

Table Explanation:

  • Published On: The date and time when the Rate Buckets were saved or published.
  • User: The user who performed the action.
  • Result: The status of the action, such as “Published.”
  • Buckets: The individual Rate Buckets are displayed with their status (open or closed) for the respective arrival date.

Statuses:

The “Result” column shows the following possible statuses for the Rate Buckets:

  • Pending (orange): Rates have been sent to the PMS or CM, but a response confirming that the rates have been processed is still pending.
  • Published (green): Manual export of the Rate Buckets was successful.
  • Auto published (green): Automatic export via AutoPublish was successful.
  • Saved but not published (orange): Rates are saved in RevControl, but the rate export to the PMS or CM is turned off.
  • Auto saved but not published (orange): Rates are automatically saved in RevControl, without export to the PMS or CM.
  • Publish failed (red): Export failed.
  • Auto publish failed (red): Automatic export via AutoPublish failed.
