The Rate Buckets History by Arrival Date log in RevControl provides a detailed overview of the history of Rate Buckets by arrival date. Unlike the published rate buckets log, which focuses on the date restrictions were published, this log shows the history of the status (opened/closed) of Rate Buckets for specific arrival dates.

Navigation:

You can find the Rate Buckets History by Arrival Date log under More > Logs > Rate Buckets History by Arrival Date. Here, you will get an overview of all saved and published Rate Buckets, sorted by arrival date.

Table Explanation:

  • Published On: The date and time when the Rate Buckets were saved or published.
  • User: The user who performed the action.
  • Result: The status of the action, such as “Published.”
  • Buckets: The individual Rate Buckets are displayed with their status (open or closed) for the respective arrival date.

Statuses:

The “Result” column shows the following possible statuses for the Rate Buckets:

  • Pending (orange): Open/close restrictions have been sent to the PMS or CM, but a response confirming that the restrictions have been processed is still pending.
  • Published (green): Manual export of the Rate Buckets was successful.
  • Auto published (green): Automatic export via AutoPublish was successful.
  • Saved but not published (orange): Open/close restrictions are saved in RevControl, but the export to the PMS or CM is turned off.
  • Auto saved but not published (orange): Open/close restrictions are automatically saved in RevControl, without export to the PMS or CM.
  • Publish failed (red): Export failed.
  • Auto publish failed (red): Automatic export via AutoPublish failed.
