The Pickup Trends report in RevControl provides insight into pickup development over various time periods. The periods displayed, such as the last 3, 7, 14, 21, and 30 days, are configurable via Settings > Configuration > System settings or Hotel settings > Business on the books > Pickup trends pickup days. The date you select in the report is the date on which the pickup occurred. This report helps you understand how booking activity has recently developed, which is essential for dynamic pricing and optimizing your strategy.

What do you see in the Pickup Trends report?
The report provides an overview of the Business on the Books (BoB) status per calendar month, including occupancy rate (Occ), room nights (RN), room revenue (Rev), and average daily rate (ADR). Additionally, it shows the pickup figures for the selected periods, allowing you to quickly see which periods have shown significant changes in bookings.
