How often are competitor prices updated?

Competitor prices in RevControl are updated daily at 06:00 and 14:00. The “Extracted on” timestamp shows when the price was retrieved from the internet.

Competitor prices in RevControl are automatically updated every day. Our provider collects these prices during the night and morning from Booking.com or another selected OTA.

RevControl imports this data twice a day:

  • Around 6am

  • Around 2pm

What does the “Extracted on” timestamp mean?

Each competitor price in RevControl displays an “Extracted on” timestamp. This indicates the moment when the price was retrieved from the internet by our provider. This can be earlier than the time the price is imported into RevControl.
