Is it possible to send prices further than 365 days ahead?

It is possible to send rates for more than 365 days ahead via the Rates Calendar. However, recommended rates and AutoPublish are limited to a maximum of 365 days.

Yes, it is possible to send rates more than 365 days in advance in RevControl. You can manually enter and publish rates through the Rates Calendar without any limit on the number of days ahead.

Recommended Rates and AutoPublish

However, please note:

  • Recommended rates in RevControl are calculated for a maximum of 365 days. This means that for dates beyond one year in the future, the system does not generate automatic pricing recommendations.

  • The AutoPublish functionality is also limited to 365 days. Therefore, automatic publishing of rates is not possible for dates more than one year ahead.

How to Send Rates for More Than 365 Days Ahead?

If you want to send rates for dates further than 365 days into the future, you can manually enter them via the Rates Calendar and then publish them.
