Do optional reservations count towards occupancy and revenue?

The default setting in RevControl is that optional reservations and revenue are included. For some PMSs, this setting can be adjusted.

By default, RevControl includes optional reservations (also known as tentative bookings) and their corresponding revenue in occupancy and revenue reports.

For which PMSs can this be configured?

For the following PMSs, RevControl can configure whether optional reservations are included:

  • Cubilis

  • Fidelio

  • Godo

  • Guestline

  • HotSuite

  • Mews

  • Opera

  • RoomRaccoon

  • StayNTouch

  • VIPS CloudPMS
