The “Days to Arrival” setting allows adding supplements to minimum rates based on the number of days until arrival. This feature is inactive by default. Contact support to activate it and configure the steps for applying the supplements.
The “Days to Arrival” setting in RevControl allows you to apply supplements to the minimum rates based on how many days are left until arrival. These supplements are designed to adjust prices dynamically as the booking window shortens, allowing for more effective pricing strategies.
Note: This feature is not enabled by default in RevControl. If you wish to activate this setting, please contact our support team. Additionally, our support team will configure the steps for which supplements can be set.
Where can you find the “Days to Arrival” setting?
You can manage these supplements via Settings > Rates > Days to Arrival in RevControl.
How does the “Days to Arrival” setting work?

Supplements per day of the week: You can set up supplements for each day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. This allows you to apply specific pricing for different arrival days.

Entering supplements: For each period (number of days before arrival) and for each day of the week, you can enter a supplement. Once a booking falls within that period, the supplement is automatically added to the base rate.

Copy options: Use the buttons on the right (such as Copy Down, Copy Up, and Copy to End) to easily copy supplements to other days or weeks.
How to configure the “Days to Arrival” supplements?
- Select the Period: Choose the months and years for which you want to apply the supplements.
- Enter Supplements: Manually input a supplement for a specific period before arrival.
- Use Copy Options: Copy your inputs to other days or months using the provided buttons.
- Confirm Changes: Click on “Confirm all changes” to save your updates.
