How to change the 4 KPI's I see in the rates Calendar?

The Rates Calendar in RevControl allows you to customize four KPIs displayed per day, offering quick insights into performance and trends. You can adjust these KPIs for all users (system or hotel settings) or just for yourself (user settings).

Adjusting for All Users (System Settings):

Navigate to:

Settings > Configuration > System Settings > Rate recommendation

These settings apply to all users within the system or hotel. You can set a KPI for each position:

• Calendar information top-left

• Calendar information top-right

• Calendar information bottom-left

• Calendar information bottom-right

Adjusting for Yourself (User Settings):

To adjust the KPIs only for yourself, go to:

Your hotel name (top right) > Preferences > Rate recommendation

Here, you can adjust the same positions:

• Calendar information top-left

• Calendar information top-right

• Calendar information bottom-left

• Calendar information bottom-right

Steps to Adjust the KPIs:

1. Go to the appropriate setting:
   • For all users: Settings > Configuration > System Settings > Rate recommendation.
   • For yourself: Your hotel name > Preferences > Rate recommendation.
2. Select a position:
   • Choose from top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right.
3. Select a KPI:
   • Choose one of the available options from the list above.
4. Save your changes:
   • Click on Save to apply the changes.

By customizing these KPIs, you can tailor the Rates Calendar to display the most relevant performance indicators for your hotel operations.
