Why Don’t I See F&B and Other Revenue in RevControl?

Not every PMS supports sending F&B and other revenue to RevControl. As a result, this data may be missing.

In some cases, you may not see F&B and other revenue (such as bar revenue, restaurant revenue, or other ancillary income) in RevControl. This is because not every Property Management System (PMS) offers the ability to send this information to RevControl.

How Does It Work?

RevControl relies on the data provided by the PMS. If your PMS only sends room revenue and not F&B or other revenue, we unfortunately cannot display this information.

What Can You Do?

  • Check with your PMS: Contact your PMS support team to ask whether it’s possible to send F&B and other revenue via the integration.

  • Contact RevControl: If you’re unsure whether this option is available for your system, the RevControl Customer Success team is happy to assist you.

Important to Know:

  • Even if F&B revenue is not visible in RevControl, this does not affect the calculations of room-related KPIs such as ADR and RevPAR.

  • The forecast and recommended rates are based solely on room revenue.
