At RevControl, we are committed to continuous innovation, and we are thrilled to unveil the most significant update to our Revenue Management System yet! With this latest release, we are confident that you can further optimize your revenue like never before.

First and foremost, we’ve revamped the entire look and feel of RevControl to provide an even more user-friendly experience. Sporting a vibrant blue color scheme with striking orange accents, our new interface is both visually appealing and intuitive to navigate. The centerpiece of this update is our redesigned dashboard, which now offers all the essential insights you need for a precise overview of your accommodations’ performance and business outlook.

In addition, we’ve made substantial performance improvements that enhance the overall speed and responsiveness of the system.

Dashboard Enhancements

The dashboard now includes multiple new graphs that allow you to access key performance data at a glance:

• Business on the Books Graph
  Instantly monitor future bookings for the upcoming week — ideal for tracking pace and occupancy.

• Pickup Graph
  Visualize daily changes in reservations and react accordingly with your pricing strategy.

• Actuals Graph
  Review past performance with clear, concise weekly breakdowns.

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you’ll find a carousel of key performance indicators for a quick overview. Clicking any chart allows you to zoom in for more detail — such as segment breakdowns.

Competitor Rates & Alerts

As part of our integrated revenue management experience, competitor rates are now displayed directly on the dashboard. These show pricing for the upcoming 7 days, and clicking the widget title expands the view to the full year.

A new Pickup Alerts widget flags significant shifts in demand. Paired with our rate calendar, it allows you to instantly see and adjust pricing. The Change Rates button makes direct modifications easy and intuitive — helping you respond to market trends faster.

Report Usability Improvements

We’ve also frozen titles in reports, so you can scroll through metrics while always keeping headers in view. This significantly improves readability and speeds up data interpretation.
