Profile

The profile section in RevControl allows users to manage personal information, view recent actions, check access to linked hotels, and switch between different hotels. Accessible via hotel name > Profile.

The profile section in RevControl allows users to manage personal information and settings, view recent actions, and check which hotels they have access to. It also provides the ability to switch between different hotels easily.

What can you do in the profile section?

1. Manage personal information:
   • You can update your name, email address, and profile picture here. Note that your email address is also your username for logging into RevControl.
2. Change your password:
   • If needed, you can change your password through the profile for added security.
3. View hotel access:
   • The profile shows an overview of the hotels you have access to. This helps you understand which locations you’re connected to and allows you to switch between hotels easily.
4. Manage groups and permissions:
   • You can also view the groups you’re part of and the permissions you have within the system (such as access to competitor rates, events, budgets, etc.).
5. View actions (Timeline):
   • You can check recent actions you’ve performed in RevControl. This is useful for tracking recent changes or activities, such as adjusting settings or publishing rates.

How do you access your profile?

To access your profile, click on the hotel name in the top-right corner and select “Profile.”
