Room Type Supplements have been replaced by the Export Setup. Manage price differences between room types via Settings > Mapping > Export Setup. Adjust names, set supplements, and configure predefined values.
The Room Type Supplements in RevControl have been replaced by the Export Setup. This feature offers expanded options to manage pricing differences between room types more flexibly.
Where to find the Export Setup?
You can access the Export Setup via Settings > Mapping > Export Setup.
What can you do with the Export Setup?
- Adjust room type names
You can now change the names of your room types directly in RevControl. - Manage pricing differences
For each derived room type, you can set a supplement in the form of a fixed amount or percentage. Discounts are also possible by entering a negative supplement. - Set predefined values
Enable predefined supplements to create a dropdown menu in the Derived Rates Calendar. - Different supplements per weekday
Configure supplements to vary by weekday for even more detailed control.
Note: By clicking the pencil icon, you can view or adjust more settings per room type. Some settings, like the parent type or room unit, are view-only and can only be changed by RevControl’s Customer Success team.
