I get a red error message when saving rates

A red error message when saving rates means something went wrong. Check the logs to find out what happened and take action if needed.

When you save rates in RevControl and receive a red error message, it means the rates were not successfully saved or sent to your PMS or channel manager.

What should you do?

  1. Open the logs in RevControl:

    • Go to More > Logs > Published Rates Timeline.

  2. Check if a more detailed error message from your PMS or channel manager is available.
