I Receive a “Timed Out” Error When Updating Rates
The “Timed Out” message means that saving rates was not completed. This usually happens because too many rates were adjusted at once.
When you try to save rates in RevControl and receive the error message “Timed Out. Action could not be completed.”, it means that the action could not be completed within the expected time.
The full message reads:
Timed Out.
Action could not be completed.
Please note that the rates might not be saved.
If the issue persists, please contact support.
What does this message mean?

The communication between RevControl and your PMS or channel manager took too long, causing the action to time out.
